How far ahead do I need to order?
We need at least 48 hours of lead time. Available delivery dates are shown at checkout, and Sundays and Mondays are our days off.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the GTA - Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Etobicoke, and points in between. If you're not sure whether we cover your address, email hello@cakenotes.ca before ordering.
Can I really only have three words?
Yep - three is the sweet spot for a six-inch cake. It's enough to say something specific, and not so much that the script gets squeezed. If you really need more, email us and we'll see what we can do.
What flavours do you offer?
Six signature cakes: Vanilla Celebration, Chocolate Lover's, Biscoff Cookie, Strawberry Cream, Coconut Cream, and Key Lime. Cupcakes come in the same six flavours, and you mix-and-match per box.
How does payment work?
Securely through Stripe Checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never see your full card number.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and tree nuts. We can't guarantee an allergen-free cake, but if you have a specific concern, get in touch and we'll talk through it.
What happens after I order?
You'll get an emailed receipt right away. The morning of your delivery, we'll bake fresh, finish the cake, and pipe your message. We deliver in the afternoon to the address you entered at checkout.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If your delivery date is still more than 48 hours away, yes - email us as soon as you can. Once we've started baking, we can't refund the order.
